The right candidate should have the ability to relate effectively with employees and clients and the desire to provide customer service that exceeds expectations. Being a motivated, self-starter with high level problem solving skills is required. Supervisory experience and proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office is necessary, but this position offers extensive training for many aspects of the job, as well. Answering service or call center experience is a plus.
This position is responsible for monitoring operators and individual accounts, proactive customer service, performance evaluations, scheduling operator coverage, and some human resource responsibilities.
Our client offers competitive compensation based on experience and a benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, a simple IRA, and paid time off. The compensation for the position ranges from $45,000-$60,000 annually depending on the experience and skill level of the candidate.
